    Hello,

    I have the same issue. Most of the filters are not showing. I have used the tool in Woocommerce > Status > Tools but still the same. I have disabled the plugins and no effect. Can you check for me?

    Hello,

    For filter price, try to use the default widget – https://take.ms/yP4wm

    As for the ERR filter, not all products have this attribute so that is why it has not appeared in some categories – https://take.ms/RozzBb

    The Price filter still does not appear. I am using the default WordPress Filter by price widget.
    Please feel free to test as you add and remove the widget.

    Hello,

    Checked this issue on the default Storefront theme and there is the same issue persists with the price filter, here is a video – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/A3CX. Price filter is a default element from WooCommerce and if it doesn’t work in the default theme, I suggest you contact the WooCommerce support team for further solutions.

    Hello,

    Because our price filter is based on the default one. So if the default filter not working then ours can be have the same issue. That is why I checked how the default price filter works, in case if that default filter works well and ours not, then it will be something related to the theme but in our case, we can see that even the default price filter is not working.

    Hello,

    So I resolve the issue as I looked into the forum where a person had the same issue as me with Woodmart theme. In order to work the widget I needed to regenerate the Product lookup tables in WooCommerce > System Status > Tools. For future reference if the widget not working I suggest do the following:

    WooCommerce transients – Clear
    Expired transients – Clear
    Clear template cache – Clear
    Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    Clear customer sessions -Clear
    Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

    Hope this will help people with similar problem in the future.
