Mobile nav Menu don’t open in first click If I enable delay all js using cache

I want your help Im using flying press cache plugin the plugin is super good, when I enable delay all js, mobile menu navigation and off canvas button become slow it don’t open in first click, I spoke to flying press author they said to exclude the below js but when I exclude them site become slow pls help me providing any custom css to work without excluding the js

Sorry, but it is impossible to make this menu work with custom CSS. It requires JS scripts to make it open and close on click.

it is a bug you need to fix this issue because other sticky buttons are working from the bottom like add to cart, my account and all
Could you please clarify what exactly we should fix? As far as we understand, it works correctly but when you click for the first time it takes some time to load all the scripts. It is how it is supposed to work.
How to did you add this menu in the bottom area ? check the attached

This menu links can be managed via Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> General -> Mobile bottom navbar.
