    Hello neetrino.com-1691,

    Thanks for your patience.

It is due to different heights of images. I kindly recommend you preparing images you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

The section I highlighted in the screenshot is specifically designed to address situations where images don’t have the same height. Therefore, I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. On other websites, when I upload images with varying heights, I simply set the aspect ratio to “1:1,” and all my photos are equalized without any problems. Please fix this issue without delay!

    Hello neetrino.com-1691,

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

Also, basically, the product images are controlled by WooCommerce and the WoodMart theme doesn’t influence this. The size of the thumbnail you set should be larger than the size of the product thumbnail displayed on the shop page. If the thumbnail size is smaller than what the default size expects, it may appear blurry or not display correctly.

You can find the sizes used on the demo here:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/

and Regenerate thumbnails using the appropriate plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Regards
