can not install required plugin, always getting critical error or API error

I have purchased the woodmart theme but i can not install it. i was able to install the theme, but installing the require plugin keeps giving me a critical error. what can i do???

Try to disable all plugins that are not related to our theme on your website and install the theme again. let me know if it works.

i was insalling it from scratch. no other plugins installed.
As we can see, there are some plugins installed on your website at the moment. Try to disable them and test how it works.
