Set Product Attribute as Archive not working with Layout template

Happy Thanksgiving, thank you for all of your support on buding our webiste.
We just encounter some issue while trying to set Product Attribut as Archive (so that it can be used with layout function).
But after finished steps as showed enclosed, the page still not show (404 error). is there any thing I missed ? Pls help to have a look, thank you～

Did you try to check how it works without Layouts? And on the default Storefront theme as well?

I turned off the layout for that condition, and tested again. the result sitll 404 error.

on the woodmart megamarket theme, after turn on Set Attribute as archive, in product attribute, it works.

the Attribute as Archive works now, with layout also.
I Added again the FacetWP via [Short code] in the way of Html Block, now it compatible with layout and Attribute as archive.
Can close the ticket now, and hope it can help other customers.
