Custom query with WoodMart Products (grid or carousel) widget

Hello,

the product widget of WoodMart works a bit different than other product widgets (Elementor, Dynamic.ooo)

I would like to be able to add a custom query as the current setting is a bit too limited. Any chance and way on how to do that?

For the current situation, I am looking for a way to query the product by a list of _sku instead of the product-ID (post-ID). There is a reason behind this that should not matter for the actual request.

I can do that with other widgets, but then I am loosing the design / layout of the WoodMart product grid.
