ha21cnParticipantI do not plan to upload category images for product categories. The design option for my product category is Zoom Out. I want to change the image behind the category title. How can I change it in batches?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Products -> Categories -> set the image in the Thumbnail area – https://prnt.sc/p5DmbnC-FSEF
Then the image should’ve changed.
Kind Regards

ha21cnParticipantWhat I mean is to modify the Woocommerce Preload images in batches instead of just modifying the thumbnail of a category.

ha21cnParticipantI still have a question. Some of the product thumbnails in my products are missing, causing the product list to not display properly. How should I deal with this situation?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme like Woocommerce Storefront to determine whether the issue is with our theme.
Kind Regards.

ha21cnParticipantThe reason for this problem is that the product thumbnail is lost and the thumbnail needs to be regenerated. But the problem now is that even if the thumbnail is lost, it should not be displayed in this state. This will not happen with the default theme.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Send access to the admin panel and confirm the permission for plugins deactivations and switching to the parent/default theme. Also, send the URL link where that issue occurs.
Kind Regards

ha21cnParticipantI’ve put the information you need below.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The images are broken for the product itself – https://prnt.sc/MGVSuGxyrCfO, and the same in the media library – https://prnt.sc/TnXbDNpxW_Va
In general, all settings related to Images come from WordPress/WooCommerce. Our theme cannot influent it.
As for the default theme, when checking the product page, there is a critical error, so please clarify how you checked it on the default theme or how to disable the critical error on the default theme so I can check the Images there.
Kind Regards

ha21cnParticipantI know the product image is damaged, I mean if the product arrangement effect is not affected when the product image is damaged

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It seems that issue is related to the WP itself, so please check how it works with the default WordPress theme like Woocommerce Storefront to determine whether the issue is with our theme.
Kind Regards
