    Hello,

    In Elementor -> Settings -> enable the “Sidebars” type – https://prnt.sc/EI-EXzcCPbSf

    Clear the cache and recheck the issue.

    Hello,

    Send me access to the admin panel and clarify where I can find that sidebar. That message says that it’s not possible to edit it via Elementor https://prnt.sc/bywHyZboMI8E so we will check the possible ways to change that content.

    Here is what I want from you:
    1) Create a sidebar
    2) Add product categories to this sidebar with elementor.
    3) Place this sidebar on the left side of the single product page and product archive pages.

    Hello,

    In order to edit that sidebar, navigate to Appearance -> Widgets -> Main widget area – https://prnt.sc/rgMPvkFl-t89

    That widget area is not editable via page builder.

    Let me know if you have some questions.
