    Hello!
    I have created a size guide for my product, but it does not appear in the product page. I have tried so many times to solve the issue but failed.

    There is a problem while editing a section in Gutenberg. It is showing “Problem with loading the section,” and a ‘critical error in the website” is showing frequently. I have added an attachment below; please check it out.

    The Gutenberg error will be fixed in our 8.0.2 update.

    Please update the theme to the latest version 8.0.2. Both issues should be fixed now.

    Try to go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check again” button. If the update doesn’t appear, you can follow our manual update documentation. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    The problem has not been solved yet. I edited the size guide, but it doesn’t appear correctly. I added M, L, XL, and XXL, but after publishing the chart, it shows only XS.

    And it does not appear on the product page either.
    Please solve the problem.

    Please clear your browser cache and test again. Also, try to resave both size guide and re-add it to the product.
    You can also check how it works in a different browser.

    I tried it after cleaning cache. I tried it from different browsers, but same problem.
    size button works, but the full content does not work here. Please check the problem

    Please record a video of how you do the test and clear the browser cache. Also, as we can see, the only product you have in your store doesn’t have any size guide attached.

    It doesn’t help. When publishing my size guide after editing, that doesn’t change anything at all. It stays on its default size guide.

    We mean FTP access to your website files so we can troubleshoot the issue. You can contact your hosting provider for help if you don’t have this information.

    Can’t connect the core FTP. Shows ‘Connection Time Out’.
