    Hello,

    I have updated the Woodmart theme and unfortunately a critical error has occurred in the domain. What is the reason for this? I have the default Woodmart Child theme set and I wanted to update Woodmart.

    Hello,

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Is it necessary to disable all plugins? I won’t deny that I work on a store every day, so it’s a bit of a complication. Is there another solution?

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version 8.0.3. This error should have already been fixed.
