    Hello, we’ve tried everything but the tax is not working. would you please help?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    If the issue with our theme, Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello, good day, I’ve tried multiple times but still I’m facing the tax issue.

    We’ve multiple tax class like, for accessories and repairing services we’ve added 20% tax, for devices the tax is 0.

    I’ve recently tired by disabling the woodmart theme and plugins, only enabled the default theme and the woocommerce, but still this is not working.

    Please assist.

    Hello,

    If the issues continue to occur with both the WordPress default theme and the WooCommerce default theme, it is likely a problem related to WooCommerce rather than the theme itself. I recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for assistance; they will be able to investigate the issue and provide you with a possible solution.

    Instead of checking my website you’re asking me to do this, to do that.
    I’ve send you my queries with proper instruction included a video.
    Would you please check if there is any issue with the tax setup and connect or not?
    We’re facing this issue it’s been 2 weeks already and it’s not solved yet, and yoú’re also not helping.

    Hi,

    This issue is not related to the functionality of our theme and is most likely caused by an incorrect country code. For the United Kingdom, the correct 2-digit code is “GB”, as shown by using the WooCommerce autofill tooltip (video https://monosnap.com/file/EzTSHFDJM2SlWD0TROGAZnRrZPSVfV). If you use the correct code, the tax should display properly (screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/Yn0LlNbamITQwi2fnygcCPv1hUuhIC).
