I’m only performing simple content edits, but as soon as I select certain content, it crashes immediately.

I’ve already updated the plugin to the latest version, but the crashing happens very frequently. Only occasionally can I edit without issues.

Hello,

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

Thank you, I turned off the translation feature, and the crashing issue seems to have stopped. However, translation is very important to me. Is there a way to solve this?

Also, how can I prevent uploaded images or text from being seen by others?

Sorry, I didn’t quite understand your point.
The translation feature is built into the Chrome browser.
Do you have a way to help me enable the translation feature without causing crashes?

It seems to be a general problem of the Gutenberg builder. Even if you disable our theme and use the default theme, it crashes when you use browser translation tools.

You can upload them to cloud storages like Dropbox or Google Drive and share links here, using the private content field. It will be visible to our staff only.
