charliebernardiParticipantI contacted the author, but they told me that the issue lies with you, I need to delete the plugin that came with the Woodmart theme, to fix the Elementor Pro issue, I will need to reinstall it and then I will need the product key to activate it, that you should have. See attached.

charliebernardiParticipantEvery time I try to update the Elementor Pro, I get the error message shown on the screenshot. I purchased the Theme from you. I was told to talk to the author, but they redirected me because you are the creator of the theme.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Regards

charliebernardiParticipantI have already, but the issue persists. Also, all other plugins work fine.
December 9, 2024 at 1:55 pm #620785It means that this issue has no relation to our theme. It’s most likely a plugin bug.
December 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm #620789
charliebernardiParticipantYou are incorrect, even if it was a plugin bug, I would need to reinstall it as Elementor Pro recommended, to do that I need the purchase code you used when you created the theme. This is the second time I tried getting support and so far you have not been able to help. Did you even go to Elementor Pro to see how it can be resolved?
December 9, 2024 at 3:18 pm #620842Elementor PRO plugin is not included with the theme. We don’t provide any purchase codes for this plugin.
Our theme is built on Elementor FREE and the PRO version is not required.Kind Regards

charliebernardiParticipantMy apologies, my designer custom-made my site and did not tell me he had added the Elementor Pro, he will update it.
December 10, 2024 at 10:40 am #621072OK, no problem. We are glad that you sorted it out. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
