Add to Cart button Freezes. Can’t Update via WordPress Dashboard

After the update, I’ve been getting reports from customers that the Add to Cart button freezes. Sometimes, after adding to cart, the cart remains empty.
Also, may I know why I’m unable to auto-update from the WordPress dashboard? I have to always get it from Theme Forest. Don’t get update email notifications either.

Remove the default blocks in the Cart page – https://prnt.sc/5NDldiBJDcYR and define the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode instead. Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
