    Hi there!
I’ve set up product descriptions in the back end of each product-tag page but they are not showing up (Example: https://shop.allamarone.com/product-tag/2015/)
Could you let me know how to make this work?
    Thanks!

    Hello,

Please clarify, Do you want to show the tag and short description on the product grid or in the product page?

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind Regards

    Dear Luke,
Thanks for your prompt answer, what I meant is I’d like to show the product-tag description in the tag archive page (ex. https://shop.allamarone.com/product-tag/2015/).
In attachment you can find some explanatory images.
    Thanks,
    JD

    Hello,

Try to use our “Archive description” element in the Layouts – https://prnt.sc/Gy8nqDMgmcPm

Clear the cache and check how it works.

    Kind Regards

    Hi there,
I actually don’t use Elemontor, therefore I’m not able to visualize the “Archive Description” element in the Layout section. Or is in the Widget section?
Is there a way to add the description via code in functions.php?
    Thanks,
    JD

    Hello Luke,
As previously specified the description is not showing up in the “Product Tag Archive” Example-> https://shop.allamarone.com/product-tag/2018/
It is instead showing correctly in the product category archive
    Thanks for your assistance,
    JD

    Hello,

In general, that functionality comes from WooCommerce, so first, please check how it works with the default WordPress theme like Woocommerce Storefront to determine whether the issue is with our theme.

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards
