count of search results not displaying.

    when we search for any product , we can not able to see the number of search results records. please help me why the number/count of search results not displaying.

    Hi, I am not talking about that, i meant as in below link :

    you can see : “4847” products. that count i want. please help me to display that in our website.

    along with products count, Also there is no option to see option to sort the products by low price, high price, alphabetical, popularity ? it is working only in catalog page. not in search results page. Please correct it and display in website.

    Hello,

    I would like to inform you that the “Sort By” option is now visible on the site. It was previously disabled in the theme settings, but I have re-enabled it, and it is now appearing correctly on the search results page.

    Regarding the product count, it was not displaying due to the use of the Elementor Pro plugin for the search results page template. After disabling the Elementor Pro plugin, the product count is now displaying correctly in the default shop layout as configured in the theme settings.

    Sorting is coming fine, but product count is not displaying. plese check again

    I think you did not read my full reply.

    Regarding the product count, it was not displaying due to the use of the Elementor Pro plugin for the search results page template. After disabling the Elementor Pro plugin, the product count is now displaying correctly in the default shop layout as configured in the theme settings.

    yes, i saw the screenshot and it is visible for you. but when i search from my side, it is not showing. are you searching directly from search bar ? or are you going to any link and searching ? can you please share me the url of search results or video screenshot ?

    Please check it now it is working for you or not?

    Also, the issue is solved after deactivating the Elementor Pro plugin.
