    Hello,

After receiving several emails from my clients about an issue of “dates always changing” I decided to look around and found out that the delivery dates once an order has been passed keeps changing as if wherever the info of the estimated delivery is shown pulls the latest data and not the order data. let me explain:

If I make an order on my website, I will be shown an estimated delivery date. This date will be shown inside my invoice, in the PDF, sealed, for ever. But I can check ou the estimated delivery other places and this is what I have

    – On my attached invoice the date is : 18 to 20 december
    – On the email : 18 to 20 december
    – On my account, if I check the order : 21 to 24 december
    – On the order page (admin area) after the order being Completed: 21 to 24 december

So, when my client go back to their account and check their order, they don’t actually see the “sealed” date, but the latest date that ED is given. If I, now, go on the product I bought the estimated delivery will be 21 to 24.

I keep telling my clients, the estimated delivery date that is valid is the one you received on your email. As of now I unchecked the Show ED on order detail and unchecked the Show ED Global so my clients will be forced to go back to their emails to see the correct ED.

That does not solve the issue where we still see the wrong date inside the admin area, but it does point out that the data showed is not a saved data. I think it would be best if the estimated delivery was an order meta data stored and showed everywhere needed, if that makes sens ?

    Hello,

You can fix it by applying patch # 622808. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    Kind Regards
