We are encountering an issue with a 3rd-party payment provider on our checkout page. The payment provider informed us that our theme is blocking their payment module, preventing the redirection to the payment form. Instead, the page redirects to a blank screen.
To confirm this, we deactivated the payment plugin and tested it, and the issue persists, which clearly points to a conflict with the theme.

Open the browser Console Tab during the process.
Investigate any errors or resources being blocked by the theme that could cause this issue.
