Assistance Needed for Banner Update

    Hi Team,

    I am having trouble updating the image and publishing the home page banner due to a server error. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    In WordPress, I followed these steps:

    i) Pages → Home Marketplace page
    ii) Edit with Elementor
    iii) The page opened for editing
    iv) I attempted to change the image, and while I was able to upload it, I encountered a server error when trying to publish.

    I have attached a screenshot with this ticket for your reference. Thank you for your help!

    Just now notices not only Image I could not update even any content there and getting a same issue of server error

    Hello,

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
