In the header builder, I’m unable to save my work. After clicking “Save,” the loader remains active indefinitely. When I refresh the page, all my work is lost and nothing gets saved. Additionally, I see an error code appearing in the Chrome console.

Note currently, I am building my website on temporarily domain provided by my hosting provider and the theme is active.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.

    Kind Regards

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

As we can see, your server still blocks the request to save the header information. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/db8d13f9fac153be0753b70c42ea7a85
You need to contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

Yes, but it might be not related to mod_security. Anyway, you need to ask your hosting provider to check this particular request for you.
