Hey guys,
I have just installed woodmart template and its not showing the landing page as it should followed step by step tutorials and documentations and is same showing empty. Have done importing the theme samples but also same. Pls help me to sort out since I am late to deliver the project. If need will provide log in details.

p.s for now I have brought back active my old template since I could not make woodmark work and cant not leave the web messy and empty.

Your given login details are not working. As we can see, your website already has content. Do you still want to import the demo? It may conflict with your current data and not be displayed as on our demo. It is highly recommended to import the demo content on fresh installations only.

It looks like you were trying to import demos many times without resetting the site. I recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WP Reset plugin.

This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a fresh installation.

Cant delete my content since the website is 5 months work entering data and nowhere is saying that you should delete data when you install template.
Pls fix the issue or forward my message to your Manager.

To avoid this issue, I recommend that if you already have content on the site, the demo data should be imported to a staging environment instead. This approach will allow you to review and test the demo data without affecting the current content on your live site.

No problem if all the home page will be replaced with the ones of demo data… just other posts / articles/ pages that are not in home page not to be deleted. So just pls just install the landing page with demo content.

I think you are kidding me and playing around with words did you read the first message I said that activated the divi theme since didnt fix your theme and gave you the right to enter and activate the woodmart template and install demo content… do you know how to do it? So please stop loosing my time and forward this message to your manager or give me a refund since is not worth it to go further with plays.
