hebrascrochetParticipantWe create variable products in which they have some inventory at 0 and we leave them as “disabled” so that the variation design appears as disabled, attached is an image of a product that could be left disabled and does not give an error, in image 2 I show another product that when deactivating the active product option I get an error of: “Sorry, there are no products that match your selection. Please choose a different combination.” When activating it, the warning disappears and it tells me that it is out of stock, when deactivating the inventory or activating it, the same thing happens, I have searched for errors but there is nothing that refers to the problem.
Is there a solution to this?Attachments:

The Disabled Swatch style applies specifically to product variants that are disabled, rather than those that are out of stock.
To utilize the Disabled Swatch style effectively, ensure that the product variant is not checked with the “Enable” option. Once this condition is met, the Disabled Swatch style will function as intended. For visual reference, please refer to the following images:

hebrascrochetParticipantYes, the problem is that when I disable the “enable” option, this message that I showed you above appears “Sorry, there are no products that match your selection. Please choose a different combination”, it only happens to us with 2 products, the others are fine, they have the same options, and it only happens when we do this action, it’s like there is some bug perhaps

hebrascrochetParticipantFor example, this product has the option disabled and the Sweeth-White-off-0129 variation with its “x” does not appear and this message appears in yellow

hebrascrochetParticipantI tried deleting the product and doing the whole procedure again, adding inventory, prices, disabling all those without inventory and the same error message still appears
December 30, 2024 at 10:18 am #626091Hello,
Maybe there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

hebrascrochetParticipantI deactivated all external plugins, but the same problem persists. The products involved are: Sweet home, cotton and Roma, for example, in the Roma product, the Beige variant has 0 stock and is deactivated, but I get this error message.
December 31, 2024 at 11:43 am #626407Hello,
Your issue has been resolved. I have increased the “AJAX variation threshold” – https://prnt.sc/aqOAPHq2Kkxu in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products. Check back your site and check the issue.
Best Regards
