Please tell me how to set the categories in the menu to only capitalize the first letter, not all letters, and how to adjust the size and font of the categories in the menu?

You can adjust the menu font settings by navigating to Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography, and creating a new rule for the “Main Navigation Links” item.
