Products Sync not Working with POS System 2

    I had that issue before, changing theme worked last time. Now since sometime mid december, the issue has repeated again. I tried to switch theme multiple times and this time it didn’t help.

    So, I created staging, tried to deactivate plugins and see if that was the issue, i left only woodmart, woocommerce and woopayments, and the issue was still there. I deactivated woopayments and then the issue was gone. I was wondering if it was update for woopayments but no update was available. Then I tried to switch theme to storefront, and turn on woopayments, the issue doesn’t come up with another theme when the plugin is on. Can you please find out what is causing this? Its related to theme and woopayments plugin.

    Yeah, again it got fixed itself. I was changing lot of things but it just started working just around the time you looked into it. I still don’t know why that happened but its working now.

    Hi,

    Can you please look into this right away? I have no idea once again why the error come up but its happening again, I tried to set the staging again and this time staging does not give the duplicate order issue. I don’t know if its because woocommerce is not setup as it runs as safe mode in staging.

    But I tried in storefront theme in my main website and the issue is not there, in woodmart, it gives the sync issue. And when I turn off woocommerce payments plugin, the issue is not there. Can you please find out why this is happening?

    Hello,

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme on your main website and switch to the parent theme so we can test it.

    Hi,

    You can go ahead and diasble them. I’ve tested already with them disabled. Only when woocommerce payments is disabled, it works, but once again it works with default storefront theme with woo payments plugin.

    So, I deactivated all plugins, as I was doing that, I saw woocommerce payments had update available. After I deactivated all, I tested the issue and the issue was not there. It couldn’t be any plugin as I already deactivated and checked before. Then I went on to activate plugins one at a time just in case and after turning on all, the issue still doesn’t show up. Last time the issue disappeared itself too. This time as well, I don’t see the issue anymore suddenly. Just this time, the woo payments had update. But the issue went away before I updated it.

    Would you have any idea in the world why the reason is? It would be really helpful to know. I’ll let you know if the issue comes up again.

    We can’t say exactly at this point. But we need to be able to reproduce this issue without plugins.

    Hi,

    I’ve had the issue multiple times since my last message. But there were plugin updates and any small changes fixed it. I’ve got the issue again today. I have tried what I do today and its not fixed.
    Please can you take a look at this asap and find the issue. All plugins are deactivated, just left woo payments.
    Woopayments plugin seem to be the problem, but it works fine with other theme like storefront. Only issue is with woodmart.

    Hi,

    I just applied the patch and the order synced without any error. Are you able to let me know what was the reason for the issue as i’ve been dealing with this for the past few months.
    And the patch, was it created for me or was it already there?
    Also in the patcher, there are some more that can be applied:

    Do I need to apply this?

    Hello,

    This issue was caused by error of the combination of our theme’s estimate delivery + payments plugin + pos system. This patch was created specifically for this case.

    You don’t have to apply other patches for now.
