Can’t change anything on theme settings

I started to modify the theme a few days ago. When I activated it, the images didn’t appear. I removed it and reinstalled. It started to work on the second attempt but I can’t save anything on theme settings now. The other things seem to work. I see forbidden error on /wp-admin/options.php . We checked the .htaccess file. I tried to disable mod security. I checked file permissions, deactivated all plugins. I contacted the host provider. They couldn’t solve it.
When I removed the theme and reinstalled it, the license didn’t seem to be active. I tried to activate it again. It didn’t let me do it and told to deactivate it here on xtemos first. I deactivated here and rewrote the license code on WordPress. It seems activated now but I don’t know if this caused any issues.
