My Payments page doesnt work

Hi, Hello, the payment systems I integrated into my site are not working. The window with card information does not open on the payment page.stays on white screen. The payment company said this might be due to my theme or site settings. can you help me.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

You can switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes. This issue seems to be not related to our theme so you need to check this first.
