BoutiqueParticipantI have the same issue. It happened after the patch installation.

ws-8346ParticipantThe same here, immediately after the latest patches installed. The code appears in the div with the sticky header:
class=”whb-sticky-header whb-clone whb-main-header {{wrapperClasses}} whb-sticked whb-scroll-down”January 6, 2025 at 10:37 am #627526
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please clear your browser cache and test how it works. If it doesn’t help, send us your admin access so we can check.
Kind Regards

ws-8346ParticipantThe issue has nothing to do with browser caches. The problem occures in the header settings. When under “Sticky effects” the “Slide after crolled down” is active and at the same time “Sticky header clone” is on, then the template code appears instead of the sticky header. It could be connected with some changes in the menus. A workaround is to to switch to “Stick on scroll”.
However, the trigger was the latest patch!January 6, 2025 at 3:17 pm #627658
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, we understand that the patch causes it. But it seems that you still have outdated JS files and that is why it doesn’t work correctly.

ws-8346ParticipantOutdated JS files? Do you have a solution for the problem? Thank you

Artem TemosKeymasterIf cache clear doesn’t help, we need your website access to see what is wrong.

livinggoldParticipantHi, I have the same issue on my site. I’d like to add that the header issue only occurs when the user is logged in. When it is a guest and not logged in, the issue does not occur.
