matthew.spiteri.92mParticipantI am currently experiencing an issue where if you are not logged in, the primary color reflects the actual color that is
is set in Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Primary Color which is rgb(151,188,117) .If you create a new account and log in, the color displayed for the MENU and prices of the products and some other areas are changed and no longer reflect the one set in Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Primary Color .
Although the color in Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Primary Color is still the same rgb(151,188,117) the color displayed after login is not the same ( looks like a darker green) .

matthew.spiteri.92mParticipantPlease note that there are no custom scripts tweaking the color or CSS in place.
The only custom script I have is to handle password strength that’s all.
Also this happened all of a sudden without any changes in plugins etc.

matthew.spiteri.92mParticipantdid you manage to log in by any chance ?
January 7, 2025 at 3:55 pm #628024
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It looks like something related to the cache, via the admin it works well and even if I created an account or visit as a guest, I made a video, please check – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/e32Z5
So you need to clear the browser cache, then clear the site cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

matthew.spiteri.92mParticipantAnd how did you clear the cache?
same issue for me.
I tried:
1. incognito browser
2. purging the cache with SC Cache
3. removing the dynamic cache and memory cache from sitegroundNone of that worked.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Try to clear the browser cache as described here – https://uwaterloo.ca/mechanical-mechatronics-engineering-information-technology/frequently-asked-questions-faq/how-clear-your-browser-cache

matthew.spiteri.92mParticipantseems that clearing Cloudflare cache has fixed the problem
January 8, 2025 at 3:38 pm #628281
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Great! In general such issues when you have a good view via the admin and when you a guest you have another, it’s something related to the cache because I’m most cases the admin is not cached and you see the proper settings because there is no cache.
Kind Regards
