Duplicate name/address error on customer order.

We have a small problem regarding customer orders. In the order status, the name is being duplicated and the customer’s address does not appear, and this is happening with several orders. I will leave 3 prints of orders. Sometimes the address does not appear, sometimes the name does not appear. Can you help us?

Sometimes the customer’s email is in all the order fields, so we don’t know who the order is from or where to send it. We have to contact them by email and wait for the customer to respond.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
