Free Shipping Bar not SHOWING

Hi there hope you’re well
I’ve noticed that the free shipping bar (even though its enabled) is not showing on the cart page nor the checkout page
It used to show before but now even though i have it enabled it woudn’t show at all
How can we fix this please?

Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
You are using a Custom Checkout Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit product layouts and make sure that you have added the free shipping bar widget in the layouts.

It appears to be showing when im logged into admin but any other time its simply not showing
I have attached the screenshot down below
I have also tried to disable and enable it through elementor but that doesnt seem to work
What would be the next steps i should take to make sure it is working
