    It looks like I’m going to add this hook, but I’ve already added it on checkout layouts and it still doesn’t work

    Hello,

    If you added this hook and it still doesn’t work, then the plugin requires some other hooks or is just incompatible with custom-made layouts. You need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.
