store page product grid getting empty

The store page is the default one, created automatically, without any editing. I don’t understand why it’s looking like this. Can you help me?

Even clearing the cache and everything doesn’t solve the problem…
One way that got it working again is to access the permalinks page and save, it starts working again, but then stops working again.
Can you help us with this?
Note: Remember that all category pages with products work, ONLY THE STORE PAGE HAS THIS PROBLEM.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

is there another way to test or simulate?
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
