Collapse widgets on mobile is not working

    Hi

    Collapse widgets on mobile is enabled in footer setting. But, not working.

    I have attched the screenshot FYI

    Please suggest your thought

    Hi

    thanks for the suggestion.

    I activated the parent theme, and now it’s working. So, what was the issue? Is there any clue?

    Thank you for sharing the details. If the issue occurs only when the child theme is active, it is likely caused by custom code or overridden files within the child theme.

    Unfortunately, troubleshooting and fixing customizations in a child theme fall outside the scope of our support, as they are user-specific modifications. You will need to:

    1. Review the custom code in your child theme.
    2. Gradually remove or comment out customizations to identify the source of the problem.
    3. Ensure that any overridden files in the child theme are updated and compatible with the latest version of WoodMart.

    Hi

    Sorry. Looks like the collapse footer is not working for Elementor developed pages only. In category and product checkout & cart pages its working fine.

    Seems like its not related to child theme IMO

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
