Category desctop pc mobile

Is it possible that I have to create separate categories for the mobile phone and for the desktop, isn’t it logical for them to be displayed on both the desktop and the phone if I do it in Mobile Categories Mega Electronics, but I have to do it in Sticky Navigation Mega Electronics in order for it to appear on the desktop category?

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.
Switch to Mobile tab, hover on Mobile menu element, click on Pencil icon and you can change categories menu.
