WPBakery AI – not working

    Hello.
    We have an active support license, but when I try to use AI to create an article, i get this message:

    Access WPBakery AI

    Get access to WPBakery AI for free. All direct license owners with valid support period receive free access to WPBakery AI. Generate new content or improve the existing one to speed up your work and save resources.

    I have verified the license code , and the theme is correctly activated with 10 more months of support.

    A few months ago on different license we were ussing AI to create articles ok.

    Please advise

    Hello,

    Re-enter and re-validate your license key to ensure it’s recognized correctly. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting WPBakery support directly.
