purchased woodmart and cannot activate

Hello i ‘ve purchased woodmart via envato market and already had a site using it so i want to connect site to update theme but i cannot find how to do it… please help!!

Ok… Let me tell u again… theme is installed in the past and seems activated but it isn’t… somebody gave it to me to check so i like and buy it with my own license. if i deactivate and reactivate will i loose all my work done? I also use a child theme… error happen when i try to update….

Activating/deactivating the theme will not impact your site. Try to update the theme manually as described there – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

please look… its already activated but i don’t know how… thats how i installed it at first. Somebody gave me the theme to see it and play with it so i like and buy it… now i have done many work and want to have my own license witch i buy… how can i put my key and work fine?

Yep, you can deactivate the current license – https://prnt.sc/v45qAB4SJD2C and activate your own and then you can continue to work. Changing the license key will not affect your website.
