After we place order “product type is displaying twice”

Once we place the order, immediately it ll display “order confirmation” message : in that we can see “product type” is displaying twice. but it should display only once. please give me the css to hide the “product type” which is displaying 2nd time :

in above screenshot, you can see “Rack for 1.5ml……….” is displaying twice. but it should display only once.
