Global Settings to chnage this block colour???

I notice this green on home page banner at top (pictured), it is on category block titles and generally all over the site, I actually want it to be a darker gree, or even had my own HEX codes, is there a way to do this??? Or do I have to manually do it one by one?? If I do – do you have a demo page which shows where all of these changes can be changed??

FOUND IT – In theme settings, styles and colours.
You guys should allow us to delete posts, save clogging up the system.
