Canonical Link For Category Pages

    Im facing isse with category pagination , same category indexed many times
    example category/video/ category/video/page/2/

    the issue because no canonical url for the page

    please advise how to set canonical link for each page and point it to the main category page

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    hi

    with normal post or page using Yoast SEO we can set the canonical link even with your theme but in layouts we cannot

    Hello,

    Our layouts can be viewed as a separate entity. It is just a structure for the WooCommerce archives. You can try to disable layouts temporarily and configure SEO for product category pages.
