nakulimpactmktParticipantDear WoodMart Theme Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with my website, martinifurniture.com.au. Recently, I imported all the blogs from my old site to the new one. While the import process was successful, I have encountered a problem where some links on the frontend are still displaying the URLs from the old website.
I have attempted to update these links/changes in the backend, but unfortunately, the changes are not reflecting on the frontend. This is causing confusion for my visitors and affecting the overall user experience.

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I am including my website credentials below for your convenience:
Please let me know if you need any further information to assist with this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
Best regards,

First of all update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.0.6 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

nakulimpactmktParticipantDear WoodMart Customer Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to follow up on my previous inquiries regarding the issue with my website, martinifurniture.com.au. Today, I updated the WoodMart theme to the latest version (8.0.6) and checked all the recommended settings and plugins as advised. Unfortunately, the problem persists: any changes made to the blogs in the backend are still not reflecting on the frontend.
I am sending you the one example link
https://martinifurniture.com.au/the-block-week-4-theatre-spa-room-room-reveal/plz check the backend and frontend images.
This issue is causing significant confusion for our visitors and negatively impacting the user experience. I would greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter, as it is critical for our operations.
Thank you for your prompt assistance. I look forward to your swift response.
Best regards,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Best Regards

nakulimpactmktParticipantDear WoodMart Support Team,
Thank you for your ongoing assistance.
I have followed all recommended steps:
Updated the WoodMart theme to v8.0.6.
Ensured all plugins are updated and conflict-free (tested with non-essential plugins disabled).
Cleared all caching (server, plugin, and browser levels).
Despite this, changes to blog links and content in the backend still fail to reflect on the frontend (e.g., The Block Week 4 Blog). The discrepancies are visible in the attached screenshots, where backend edits do not propagate to the live site.
While testing with default themes like TwentyTwenty might help isolate the issue, this is a critical problem impacting user experience and site functionality. As the issue persists exclusively with the WoodMart theme, I kindly request immediate escalation to resolve this at the earliest.
Please prioritize this matter and provide a timeline for resolution. Let me know if additional details or backend access are required.
Best regards,
Nakul Chadha

Website: martinifurniture.com.auFebruary 4, 2025 at 6:50 am #635152Hello,
This page was previously created using Elementor, and post editing through Elementor was disabled in the settings. Because of this, the changes you made in the post were not applied.
To fix this, you need to enable the option here: https://monosnap.com/file/RKvurEa9ABdwZciXQIIxPQG8rpM4fp and edit the post using Elementor.
Alternatively, you can click “Back to WordPress Editor” and edit it through Elementor.
Best Regards,
