o.muratcetinerParticipantThis license is constantly falling off the site, although it is registered here, unfortunately, the license unfortunately falls and the site settings go away, I make a ton of settings and I can’t bring these settings back every time, I’m tired of it, can you please take care of it?
Why is this license falling off the site. When I want to activate it, it says it is connected to another domain. I remove huzurmedikal.com.tr from the site and redo it every time, all my site settings disappear, when I want to bring it back, I have to bring the settings back 2 or 3 days, why is this happening?

There is no connection between license activation and Theme Settings. You can try to deactivate/active the license and check that Theme Settings will not be touched. If they are, please record a video so we can see the problem and try to reproduce it on your website.

o.muratcetinerParticipantHello, the license is automatically deactivated and the “Based on WoodMart theme 2025 WooCommerce Themes.” section in the footer section passes to your information and the footer becomes simpler. And some of the features I added are changing.
This happens spontaneously. Then I want to activate the license again, but it says that your domain name is linked to another domain, although it is in the huzurmedikal.com.tr domain. Then I make the domain name inactive from your panel and enter the license on the site again, but then it accepts the license.
Then I need to bring the settings back from Theme settings > Backup so that the site returns to its previous state.
So we can check this together with you, if you want, provide a remote connection. Look at the site as it is now and look at it after reactivating the license. This is a really annoying situation.
I think there is a problem with your licensing……

o.muratcetinerParticipantOk I made a video and you will see that when the license is deleted the settings go back to the defult settings and when I reactivate the license the settings are fixed. But I have this problem all the time, the license is deleted and I have to do it over and over again.

This license somehow deletes itself and asks me to re-enter the license, I have experienced this at least 10 times. When the license is deleted, the video I showed you returns to its original state and all settings are reset.
So I have to reactivate the license and reinstall the settings. I’ve done all the things I’ve done over and over again.
1- I reactivated the license.
2- I restored the settings.The site is back the way it was
Afterwards
1- When I checked, I saw that it asked for a license key again in the theme settings and the site was back to its original state.
2- I activated the license again and reinstalled the settings.I repeated the same things every time.

Artem TemosKeymasterDo you see any other changes on your website that happen randomly? Maybe you have some backup rollback from time to time? We can’t understand how our theme may cause it.

We are making the edits. Since it is cache, I do cache deletion in the litesped cache plugin to see the changes on the site. Once I entered the license, after activating it, I did cache deletion and saw that the license was deleted again.

Artem TemosKeymasterIgnore the isseu with the license for now. Lets focus on Theme Settings only. Keep the license deactivated. Try to deactivate caching plugins for a few days and test how it works without it.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe can’t say exactly is it related to the license mechanism or not without making an investigation on your website without plugins. Anyway, you can just use our theme without license activation on this website. The only limitation would be automatic updates but you can easily update the theme manually.

It breaks the settings of the site every time it auto backs up the settings.
It also doesn’t backup properly, so I can’t restore it to its last backup settings.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe removed emoji in Theme Settings which can potentially cause this problem and see that it is back now. So it looks like you restored a backup.
Lets try to disable the backups functionality completely for a few days and see how it goes. Try to add the following PHP code snippet to the child theme functions.php file to do thisadd_action( 'admin_menu', function () { remove_submenu_page( 'xts_dashboard', 'xts_theme_settings_backup' ); }, 11 );
