EcommerceParticipantHi Team,
When you enter any category from the menu, select a product in grid view, and go to the product page, we should see the hierarchy of the category you entered in the breadcrumb. However, regardless of which category we access the product page from, the breadcrumb hierarchy shows information for different categories the product is associated with. The Premmerce Permalink plugin team also reviewed the site and confirmed the issue persists even when the plugin is deactivated. The problem is entirely independent of the plugin and appears to be related to the theme or Elementor.
I’m sharing the staging site credentials in a private field. Kindly review the issue on the test site and provide feedback.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

EcommerceParticipantI have provided all the details of the issue. Could you please take the necessary actions on the staging test site? I am giving you detailed information, but you are just telling me things without providing assistance.
If you tried it yourself before responding to me, the ticket discussions wouldn’t be prolonged unnecessarily.

EcommerceParticipantYou’ve made it a habit to give ready-made responses as you see fit. You’re making the process of getting support unnecessarily difficult.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We carefully review each topic and user response. Just because you see similar replies does not mean they are posted automatically.
We investigated this issue and found no evidence that it is caused by the theme. That’s why we requested that you test with the default theme. We always advise customers to perform these checks to avoid any potential harm to their websites, even if they are using a staging site.
If you notice that it happens with WoodMart only, we will continue the investigation on your website.Kind regards,

EcommerceParticipantI deactivated many plugins and the WoodMart theme, activating the TwentyTwenty theme instead. The issue still seems to persist. Could you please check as well?
