Site logo not showing & menu entry not the same

    Dear Support,

    1. Currently the logo does not show in the mobile view. Please have a look – the user provided has admin rights and the site is an staging site, feel free to change any config and disable plugins for testing.

    2. How do I create this menu item which has all these below options? When creating a new entry it does not show the same options to configure.

    Just for clarification for the menu problem, please see attached screenshot. When I create an individual link, the options are not available.

    Hello,

    01. I have checked your site on a mobile device and the logo is showing fine.
    See Screenshot for clarification:

    Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.

    02. You just need to resave the menu after adding the new menu item. So then all fields should be enabled, including the field for the dropdown.

    1. The logo in the header now shows up but the 2 logos in the middle of the page still do not show up for me, could you have a second look?

    1. Sorry, I did not understand which logo is not showing on the middle of the page? Or header? Can you please share the screenshot of the issue for a better understanding.

    Could you please check how it behaves with default WordPress themes, such as TwentyTwenty-Five or Storefront, to help determine if the issue is related to our theme or not?

    readding the logo image with a new name helped fix the issues, seems like it was broken for some reason. Thanks, ticket can be closed.
