You must be logged in to view attached files.February 5, 2025 at 10:52 am #635513If the problem appears with the child theme only then it is caused by some of the customized files in the child theme. You need to review them all and copy them from the latest version of the theme. Then reapply your customization to fix htis.

yorgosParticipantI dont understand your solution why i must do this progress. Anyway i switch to main theme. BTW i have problem now with the size of images it was 1:1 aspect ratio like here in categories: https://vanos-protection.gr/product-category/%ce%b5%ce%bd%ce%b4%cf%85%cf%83%ce%b7/%cf%80%ce%b1%ce%bd%cf%84%ce%b5%ce%bb%ce%bf%ce%bd%ce%b9%ce%b1/
and now see how it looks after update here why: https://emporio-shop.gr/product-category/%ce%b1%ce%bd%ce%b4%cf%81%ce%b9%ce%ba%ce%ac/jeans-%ce%b1%ce%bd%ce%b4%cf%81%ce%b9%ce%ba%ce%ac/
February 6, 2025 at 10:43 am #635833These websites are different and may have different settings. You can set your images sizes and crop in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customizer -> WooCommerce -> Product images.
Kind Regards

yorgosParticipantDear support the https://emporio-shop.gr worked with 1:1 aspect ratio for more than 4 years this change after the last update
February 6, 2025 at 10:58 am #635841
yorgosParticipanti need more information and steps how to revert back to 1:1 aspect ratio
February 6, 2025 at 10:59 am #635842In this case, please disable all plugins and send us your admin access so we can check your configuration. Also, you need to keep the child theme temporarily turned off.
February 6, 2025 at 11:03 am #635845
yorgosParticipantit is of i gave you accesss always you support suggestion it is generic can you be more specific how to keep categories aspect ratio 1:1 please
February 6, 2025 at 12:51 pm #635882Please, send us your admin access so we can check why it doesn’t work on your website. This issue shouldn’t be related to our theme at all.
February 6, 2025 at 1:39 pm #635910
yorgosParticipanti added again the access but exist above too
February 6, 2025 at 3:54 pm #635966Yes, we see the problem but it seems to be not related to our theme at all. Can you create a staging clone of the website where you can disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the default theme to test why this crop doesn’t work?
February 6, 2025 at 4:26 pm #635980
yorgosParticipantCan you tell me how to use with your theme 1:1 aspect ratio with your theme
February 6, 2025 at 5:15 pm #636002Our theme doesn’t influence images size for products on the shop page. They are controlled by WooCommerce plugin. You can control this in the Customizer.
February 6, 2025 at 5:21 pm #636007
yorgosParticipantI find it quite puzzling that after ten installations using your theme, this issue has suddenly appeared on just one website. If the theme does not influence the product image sizes, what could have caused this unexpected change?
I appreciate your response, but I was hoping for more substantial assistance in resolving this matter. Is there anything else you can suggest to help identify and fix the issue? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
February 6, 2025 at 5:41 pm #636016We can’t say exactly. But as we mentioned, we would like to check and understand what is wrong. That is why we asked you to allow us to troubleshoot this issue without plugins and with different themes on your staging environment.
