If the problem appears with the child theme only then it is caused by some of the customized files in the child theme. You need to review them all and copy them from the latest version of the theme. Then reapply your customization to fix htis.
These websites are different and may have different settings. You can set your images sizes and crop in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customizer -> WooCommerce -> Product images.

In this case, please disable all plugins and send us your admin access so we can check your configuration. Also, you need to keep the child theme temporarily turned off.

Yes, we see the problem but it seems to be not related to our theme at all. Can you create a staging clone of the website where you can disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the default theme to test why this crop doesn’t work?
Can you tell me how to use with your theme 1:1 aspect ratio with your theme
Our theme doesn’t influence images size for products on the shop page. They are controlled by WooCommerce plugin. You can control this in the Customizer.
I find it quite puzzling that after ten installations using your theme, this issue has suddenly appeared on just one website. If the theme does not influence the product image sizes, what could have caused this unexpected change?
