“Variation as product” can’t work correctly

Hello dear xtemos team,
When I open this setting I couldn’t switch other product variations it’s not working. btw when I open first it is worked correctyl but after couple of day it is stoped to work. I put it the video If u check the video you can see what I mean exacly.

I tried to disable extra plugins and switched to parent theme, but both of methods work.
To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you provide me temporary FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, I need to enable debug log and this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

Sory about that but I just learn this, there is a limit accsees to cpanel about IP adresses, if you tell me wich country you are we will give the accsess this country or if you have a static IP adresess directyl we will give accsess this IP.

Somehow, there was a strange product variation but the parent did not exist. We removed it and site worked again.
