    Hi, I have purchased multiple WoodMart theme licenses for my WordPress websites and really appreciate your work. However, one of my sites is experiencing extreme slowdowns in the backend after applying this theme. Could you help me look into it?

    Hello,

    1. Update the theme to the latest version.

    2. After updating, let me know and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and changing to the default theme for testing.

    Hi Luke,

    I’ve already updated the theme to the latest version.

    You can run some tests by deactivating plugins or switching the theme. However, before you start, could you enable the testing mode using the CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance plugin (already installed)?

    As you can see, our theme doesn’t affect the speed loading of the backend, the default theme has the same issue.
