blocksoftware.nlParticipantHello,
We use Premmence Product Filter on the website for filtering by product attributes. When I turn on the AJAX function in this plugin, I see that it refreshes the page with an AJAX call. The filters that are still possible after the selection are nicely refreshed but the part with products does not change.
Without AJAX on, or with the default theme, everything works properly. So there is a conflict with your AJAX call.
In the theme settings, I have already set your Shop Filter to off, but that makes no difference.
Can you check what the conflict is and how to solve it?
Best regards,
Marc-

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
This 3rd party filter plugin will not work with custom AJAX shop functionality like the one used in our theme. You need to either disable this option in Theme Settings or consult with plugin’s developers on how to integrate this.
Kind Regards

blocksoftware.nlParticipantHello,
Thans for the response. I have disabled “Ajax Shop” in your theme settings but unfortunately it doesn’t solve anything. Ajax Shop and Shop filters are both disabled now.
I have already contacted the developers of the plugin but they referred me to you because it does work with the default theme. So what is next?

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to disable our theme’s custom layouts in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts and test how it works.

blocksoftware.nlParticipantHello,
I have disabled the layout for product archive pages and tried again. It is working but not as expected. First you see all the products, when selecting a filter is shows the correct product but underneath, it shows all the products aswell. Please check the attached images. (red is product + filter), blue is all other products (page can be scrolled but not shown in image).

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, I see. Sorry to say, but it looks like this plugin is not compatible with our theme and will not work correctly.
