Menu dropdwon doesnt work & it’s not clickable

Hello,
after the last update, I’m noticing that the menu dropdown of “Femra” and “Meshkuj” does not work. Also the pages “edukim” and “rreth nesh” are not clickable.

Please how can I fix them?

Hello,

It seems the issue is because of the top bar on your site, it has content with much extra length as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/jW9FYZyk

That part is overriding the menu section, please remove it and check back again.

Hello,
I am sorrying but I am not finding the problem. I have tried many times.

This issue showed after the last updates that I accepted from the theme. These issue was not there before and the website have been running online for like 2 months or so and did not ahd this problem. Please I need it to be fixed as soon as possible because we have a lot of viewers on the web.

If you want the credentials to look inside the website, please let me know.

Hello,

After checking your website, it seems that the issue with the dropdown menu and clickable pages is related to the top bar height. Currently, the height of the top bar is set to 33px, which is too short, causing the dropdowns to be hidden and making the links unclickable.

You can increase the top bar height slightly, which will resolve the issue with the dropdown menu and clickable pages.

Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Configure the Top bar, and increase the Row height. https://ibb.co/ZpSXkvMw

I cannot let the top bar 92 px, as you did it. It’s not good!

This is a theme error, please try to fix as soon as possible, because for us is important to put the main informations on the top bar.

For te moment I removed the top bar, until you will fix it.

Hello,

Your issue has been resolved.

To apply the fix, follow these steps:

Go to Header Builder > Edit Current Header.
Edit the Information Box elements. https://ibb.co/mVbWkRGR
In the Style tab, set the Line Height to 12px. https://ibb.co/8L7Vm3vw

Check your site again and check the issue.
