403 error by Save options in Theme Settings

Hello,
Somehow when I want to change something in Theme settings > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS > Save options > I get stuck on a 403 page (see attachment).
The theme-license is activated and is running on the latest version. I applied all Patchers. WordPress is running on the latest version. All plug-ins are up-to-date. I’ve tried it with deactivate all plugins. But unfortunately I still get the error.
Do you know how I / we can fix this? Thanks in advance!

As we can see, your server blocks this request because it contains your custom code. You need to consult with your server’s provider and whitelist this particular request.
