Pagination and arrow gone from banner slider widget

    Hey team, for the banner slider widget that came with the “Woodmart Minimalism” demo, even though the pagination controls and arrows are not hidden, they’re not showing. Screenshot attached. Any ideas, please?

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    You set 4 columns for carousel and there are only 4 banners as well. Please add more banners to show pagination.

    Hello, thanks for the reply! Sorry but I was referring to the view on mobile only. On desktop it works correctly, but on mobile devices there is no indication this is a scrollable element and that you can view more banners.

    I tested on my end and did not face the issue.

    Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Do you mean you are not having the issue on your test site? I think it may be related to the demo used as the issue persists on the demo site as well (no pagination dots or arrows), please see here: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-minimalism/demo/minimalism/

    Hi vynil,

    I tested on my end with WoodMart theme and required plugins activated only, and pagination option worked well on mobile.

    Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Please go to Theme Settings > Performance > JS and disable the Disable Swiper slider script on mobile devices option and check the issue. https://ibb.co/B2tbLLv9
